Who we are

Lowside Labs, Inc. is a Delaware C Corporation in the United States. Our registered office is c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. This policy covers our website and the apps we publish.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us and the minimum needed to run our apps:

  • Account information. The email address you use to sign in.
  • Content you submit. Images, prompts, and messages you send to our apps so we can produce the result you asked for.
  • Usage and diagnostics. Crash reports and basic usage events that tell us what is broken and what is slow.
  • Purchases. Subscription status. Payments made through the App Store are processed by Apple, and we never see your card details.

How we use it

To provide and operate our apps, respond to support requests, fix problems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train our own models.

Service providers

We rely on third parties for hosting, authentication, analytics, and AI model inference. They process data only to provide those services to us. Content you submit may be sent to an AI provider to generate a response.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete the account and its associated content, except where we must keep records to comply with the law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email info@lowsidelabs.com from the address on your account and we will handle it.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
