Every address arrives in the same shared inbox. Assign threads, add labels and reply from the shared address.

Rules label and assign new mail as it arrives, and an AI agent drafts replies. A person on your team reads each draft and sends it.

The agent can assign threads, change their status, add labels and notes, and save reply drafts. It cannot send email.

Mail from your forms and your app arrives in the same inbox through the Conversation API.
