What to include
- Which app you are using.
- Your device and operating system version.
- The app version, if you can find it in the app settings.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
Common requests
- Billing and subscriptions
- Purchases made through the App Store are managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. If you were charged in error, email us and we will help you sort it out.
- Account or data deletion
- Email us from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We remove the account and its associated data.
- Bug reports and feature ideas
- Send them to the same address. Both go straight to the people writing the code.
